Mantarae Fine Dining Restaurant and Bar: Boasts 270 degree views of the South Pacific with a panoramic view of Beqa Island. The contemporary fusion style of food delivers the freshest local produce, with the menu inspired by the magnificent surroundings. Open for dinner Friday & Saturday from 6pm.

The Bistro Restaurant and Bar: For casual and convenient dining, the Bistro offers quality meals and snacks with childrens menu available. Open for breakfast from 7am to 10am and all day menu from 10am to 10pm.

The Beach Bar: With Fiji's brilliant sunset as a backdrop, the Beach Bar creates a Mediterranean style atmosphere, highlighted by the mirror like water of the beachfront. Offering fresh, fun and sexy cocktails, complemented by canapes and light snacks, the feeling generated is funky and alive. The Beach Bar is also home to the famous Sunday Beach BBQ featuring Fiji's top local musicians. Open for Happy Hour from 5pm to 10pm daily and Sunday for BBQ lunch 12pm to 3pm.

The Pearl Championship Golf Course and Country Club: Savour the delights of the country club at the Robert Trent Jones Junior golf course where you can dine al fresco overlooking the 18th and out to the inter-twining canals. Open from 7am to 6pm daily. The kitchen opens from 11.30am to 3.30pm.

Pool Bar: A funky vibrant place to enjoy sumptuous cocktails or light snacks either poolside or even in the pool. Open from 10am to 4pm daily.

Foyer Bar: The tranquility of the running water from the indoor waterfall and the stylish, comfortable furniture, provide the perfect meeting place throughout the afternoon and into the early evening. Open from 5pm to 7pm.
