Paradise Taveuni is a boutique Fijian resort located just a one hour scenic drive from the Taveuni airport in Matei. This Fiji accommodation is perfectly set within 5 acres of lush oceanfront, tropical grounds and is the only deep-water frontage resort in Fiji, which means continual access for water sports on any tide.

The new luxury bures at Paradise Taveuni combine traditional Fijian architecture with contemporary design and standards. Each Bure is hand built with local coconut and rain tree woods and each feature the essential Fiji outdoor shower within a private garden. Resort facilities include a new horizon edge swimming pool and day spa.

The maximum capacity at Paradise Taveuni is currently 20 guests which appeals to those wanting a secluded and tranquil holiday. It is the perfect couple or honeymoon accommodation, however also appeals to families or single travellers wanting a unique Fijian holiday experience.

Paradise Taveuni is a divers dream with the resort only minutes from pristine reefs and diving directly from shore, marina or dive boat with Pro Dive Taveuni. There are also a number of other activities available to guests on this tropical island resort including snorkelling, horse riding, jet ski expeditions, cultural lessons and Fijian performances.

Paradise Taveuni offers 10 bures on the lush 5 acre property allowing privacy and seclusion for guests. Inside the bure accommodation you will find a generous King Bed, spacious lounge room and a modern bathroom and glass doors that open to a spacious deck completed with a Fiji day bed. All Bures feature the essential Fiji outdoor shower within private tropical gardens and all 6 Oceanfront Bures also feature a Jacuzzi in the outdoor shower.

Ocean View Restaurant: Allows guests to dine in open air comfort, overlooking the pool with panoramic ocean views. With an international chef and a new kitchen, the extensive menu reflects the local way of life - natural and fresh. All menus offer a large range of local and international dishes featuring fresh, organic local produce.

Teki teki Bar: Open from 8.00am till late daily with a selection of non-alcoholic drinks, freshly squeezed juices and fruit smoothies for the health conscious. A selection of beers and spirits including Cocktails are on hand with Australian and New Zealand Wines also available.

Getting There

Taveuni Island can be reached by inter-island flights that depart daily from Nadi and Suva International Airports. The connecting flight takes approximately 90 minutes from Nadi or 60 minutes from Suva. Complimentary return road transfers from the Matei (Taveuni Island) Airport to Paradise Taveuni are included in the room tariff.
