Bounty Island Resort offers both beachfront bures and dormitory style accommodation. This idyllic Fiji resort also features a restaurant, bar and fresh water swimming pool.

Accommodation

At Bounty Island Resort you have a choice of accommodation - either Beachfront Bures or Dormitory style rooms. There are 22 Beachfront Bures and 7 Dormitories on offer at the resort.

Please note: Sheets, pillows and towels are supplied accommodation serviced daily Sleeping bags are recommended from June to September

Dormitory Bed - Non Air Conditioned: 6 non-air conditioned dormitories with 8 beds in each, all with shared bathroom facilities. They have ceiling fans and 3/4 bunk beds, with a maximum 1 person per bunk.

Dormitory Bed with Air-Conditioning: Consists of 3 air-conditioned dormitories with a total of 54 beds - 2 dormitories sleep a maximum 20 people each and 1 dormitory sleeps a maximum of 14 people.. These dorms have ceiling fans and 3/4 bunk beds, with a maximum 1 person per bunk.

Budget Beachfront Bures: These small huts are located just a few metres from the water on a white sand beach. All have air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom and mini fridge. Hammocks are located outside each bure. Bedding is 1 Double Bed + 1 Single Bed. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults.
This room type is available from 01 April 2009.

Beachfront Bures: These small huts are located just a few metres from the water on a white sand beach. All have air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities, mini fridge and mini bar on demand. Hammocks are located outside each bure. Bedding is 1 Double Bed + 1 Bunk Bed. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults & 2 Children.

Dining

Fat Grouper Restaurant & Bar: Is a great place to relax and enjoy a cocktail, meet new friends and enjoy 3 meals a day and afternoon tea daily. The daily "Footprints" blackboard lists meal times and entertainment that all guests are welcome to participate in.

General Store: Snacks, beverages, books, toiletries, sunscreen etc can be purchased at the general store.

Additional Information

Children: 0-11 years of age are free of charge in existing bedding in the Beachfront Bure only. Children 12 years and older are charged at adult rates.
Please note: Some islands in the Mamanuca group may experience seaweed deposits on their beaches from time to time. The seaweed volume deposited on the beaches varies and is completely dependent on the weather conditions at the time (winds, currents and tides). The resorts make every effort to have any debris cleared as soon as possible.
